I know what it means to build a big life—and still feel stuck inside it.

I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years. And for much of that time, I was also building businesses.

I’ve built three companies from the ground up—while holding space for clients, raising a family, and trying to keep it all together. I’ve made my millions, earned the respect, and created the kind of impact people dream about.

And I still found myself waking up with a pit in my stomach.

I kept thinking: "I should feel better than this." But no matter how much I achieved, the anxiety didn’t fade. The weight didn’t lift. I lived in denial. The fulfillment I expected never fully arrived.

That realization was humbling. And it changed everything.

I started doing the deeper work—the kind that doesn’t show up in spreadsheets or sales metrics. I began to understand how trauma, perfectionism, and chronic overfunctioning shaped the way I moved through the world. I learned how to listen to my body. How to be with my emotions without trying to outwork or outsmart them. And I found a way back to myself.

That journey led me here. Now, I help other successful people do the same.

I specialize in working with high-achieving business owners who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or numb despite everything they’ve built. Whether it’s burnout, depression, unresolved trauma, or just the haunting sense that this still isn’t it, we get to the root of what’s holding you back—so you can feel more like yourself again.

I use a blend of evidence-based modalities like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR, grounded in real-world understanding of what it means to lead, succeed, and still feel lost. My work is deeply relational, honest, and oriented toward your values and long-term healing.

You don’t need to perform here. You don’t need to prove anything.

This is your space to be human.

If you’re ready to move beyond the surface and create real change from the inside out, I’d be honored to support you.
